• Service fees are clearly displayed before booking • Payment processing fees may apply • Helpers receive payment after task completion • Refunds are processed according to our policy • Disputes are handled through our resolution process

Users may not: • Violate any laws or regulations • Harass or discriminate against others • Provide false information • Manipulate ratings or reviews • Share account access • Circumvent platform fees

• Pamoja retains all rights to platform content • Users retain rights to their own content • Users grant Pamoja license to use their content • Trademark and copyright protections apply • Unauthorized use is prohibited

• Pamoja is not responsible for user actions • Service is provided "as is" • We do not guarantee task completion • Users assume risks of platform use • Liability is limited to service fees paid

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Violation of Terms • Fraudulent activity • Harmful behavior • Extended inactivity • At our sole discretion
